Celebrities are know for their idiosyncrasies. Normally we either 1) don’t pay any attention to them or 2) we’re all over said quirk if it’s over cars. Sadly, today’s the latter. The latest celebrity to make questionable vehicular choices is British starlet Katie Price, who regularly goes by the name Jordan and has been a topless model, book writer, and television star since 1996. Price tweeted earlier today that she’s come into possession of a Bugatti Veyron, and she intends to color match it with the rest of her expensive car fleet.Now, celebrities do this all the time and it usually isn’t a problem (American rapper Birdman paints all of his cars bright white, for an example). The problem is, Jordan’s favorite color is bright pink. Saudi Women for Driving, an activist group who wants the ban lifted, has been making bold moves to have its voice heard.

Last month, they targeted Subaru to stop selling cars in the country, presumably because the automaker has increasingly marketed and catered to increasing number of women car shoppers.The group received an even bigger boost in the form of female U.S. Senators who are demanding Saudi leaders to lift the ban. A total of 14 senators from both sides of the aisle recently pled their case in a letter to King Abdullah.
